Beginning January 2017 the Bruce County Public Library will have Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre passes available to lend for free!
From First Nations people to the newcomers; stories of fishing and forestry, farming and furniture. Rich in marine heritage, natural history and the cultural rise of community that shaped the area to present day. Interactive experiences that appeal to all ages, with special exhibits, events and programs to help visitors delve deeper into the history of The Bruce.
This pilot project will be available January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and then will be reviewed to determine if the project will continue or change.
More info on the program:
- The pass will be available for borrowing and offer free admission to the Bruce County Museum & Cultural Centre (ticketed specialty programs & events are excluded). The pass will provide access to an individual or family and will be good for a seven-day loan period – renewals not available
- To borrow the pass, you must have a valid and good standing Bruce County Public Library card.
- The pass can be reserved through the hold services at any of the Bruce County Library branches online, in person, or by phone.
- To avoid late charges ($1 daily fine to a maximum of $10) passes must be returned to the any of the Bruce County Library branches. The pass must be returned to staff at the library and not dropped into the book return after hours.
