Community Volunteer Income Tax Program @ the Wiarton Branch

The library is offering the opportunity for individuals with modest income to have their tax returns prepared by community volunteers. Clinics will run on Thursdays between 1-4 pm throughout April. Please contact the library for more information or to make an appointment. Appointments are required before the day.

“Paws for Stories” is a St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Community Service introduced to help improve the reading skills of children by having a child read to a non-judgmental Therapy Dog. Children also build confidence and self-esteem by reading to a Therapy Dog. Child must be registered to participate.
