Print your Vaccine Receipt for Free at the Library

Enhanced  vaccine certificates with QR Codes are now available. Please note that existing vaccine receipts continue to be a valid form of proof of vaccination. 

We continue to offer free printing and laminating of COVID vaccine receipts at all our locations.   This has become a popular service, and we are working to keep up with demand!  Please call ahead before visiting the library branch.

Staff will direct you to the Ontario COVID Vaccine website:  and help you through the steps.  You will need your Health Card in order to fill out the online form.  Locations, hours, and contact information for our 17 locations may be found on our website here:

To get a COVID-19 vaccination, please visit Grey Bruce Health Unit pop-up clinic or a designated pharmacy. Discover more at 

  • Prevent the Spread!
    • Exercise physical distancing (keep 2 metres apart)
    • Sneeze and cough into your sleeve
    • Wear a face covering in indoor public places or when physical distancing may be difficult.
    • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth
    • Avoid contact with people who are sick
    • Stay at home if you are sick or unwell.
    • Clean and disinfect high-touch objects and surfaces frequently
    • Avoid Crowds
    • Arrange for outdoor activities instead of indoors whenever possible
