Library Updates

A focus on safety of staff and patrons continues to be the Library’s top priority.

Updates will continue to be posted on BCPL’s website and social media channels. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube

Visiting the Library

Capacity limits are in place at all of our library branches. You may visit any of our branches to borrow, browse, study or use the public computers for a one-hour session without providing proof of vaccination. Patrons are asked to wear a face covering and must maintain proper social distancing while visiting the branches. Curbside service is available for those unable to wear a face covering.

Curbside Pickup requests can be made by calling, emailing, or using our Curbside Pickup Form. Holds can be placed in the online catalogue available through our website or mobile app.

Attending a Program

Limited in-person programs are currently available. Please see the online events calendar for current program listings. Proof of vaccination is required to attend all programs. Please be prepared to show your enhanced vaccine QR certificate as well as identification. All of our programs require pre-registration.
